the front door access was confusing and the key stuck. the room walls seemed thin so it got noisy. the bathroom was tiny and dated.

the staff were very helpful and cute, i felt so cared. i appreciate how clean the rooms are, it. the location is central, so close to the best spots, like the gran via, sol, and plaza mayor. the wi-fi worked perfect during my whole stay, i never got disconnected.

the front door was confusing when i was trying to access the hotel and my key stuck in the lock, i was scared.

The hotel features a great location, just a 10-minute walk from Puerto del Sol. My double room included an ensuite, TV, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities.

The room walls seemed quite thin, so noise traveled easily from neighboring rooms.
